    Job:   Business Developer/Marketing (Supervision post)

    Dates Employed: December 2007 up to date

    Unisol is one of the lead companies in Sudan; it's one of Aref Group of investment.

    It's concern in IT, Business, management, Financial, and networking applications, soft wares, solutions and consultancies 

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparing presentation for the clients in our products.
    • Preparing marketing package for each product.
    • Preparing a business development plan for each product.
    • Preparing sales plans.
    • Managing the staff under me and distribute their responsibilities accordingly.
    • Translating from Arabic to English and vise versa.
    • Preparing clear reports for all above mentioned to my G.M.
    • Acting as a PR personnel.
    • Acting as a trainer in many projects.
    • Acting as an HR recruiting personnel.
    • Acting as a project manager.
    • Acting as a project coordinator.
    • Updating the products pipelines.

    Bank ok Khartoum is one of the biggest banks in Sudan, it's been founded early 70th of the last century, and now it's been budgeted by Dubai Islamic bank and Sudan& Emirates Bank. 

    Responsibilities: 

    - Present to new comers the HR procedures.

    - Prepare presentations for the training unit, and explain it to all the training unit staff so that they are monitoring.

    - Create a new training system for the bank, as they weren't have one   before.

    - Preparing the interview tests.

    - Participate in the interviews panels.

    - Evaluate the employees under me.

  • (UNDSS) United Nations Department of Safety and Security in Sudan

    Job:  Communication Trainer (Khartoum)

    Dates employed: December 2004 up to May 2007  

    Organization Introduction:

    United Nations Department of Safety and Security is an organization where all security issues going through, it's responsible for every single detail about securitize other UN orgs, by delivering them a periodical training in all security fields.  

    Responsibilities:

    -Train UN and/or NGO staff to professionally operate, and communicate using UN standard telecommunications procedures and equipment. 
    - Implement standard UN Call sign systems, vehicle tracking procedures and Standard Operating Procedures at all UN IA communications centers. 
    - Ensure radio rooms are conducting operations correctly, and that they are equipped with appropriate documentation.  
    - Provide basic technical support for communications equipment in the field.

    - Programming VHF, HF devices.

    - Installing Inmarsat, VHF, and HF Bases 
    - Work closely with other agencies telecom services.

    - Travel all over Sudan to manage our Radio stations and the staff as well.

    - Prepare Radio Room notifications.

    - Prepare Security notifications on the field.

    - Act as a security officer. 
    - Perform other related duties as required. 
    - Provide clear reports on all of the above.

    - Inventory management.

    - Transport and handling supervision while in the field.

    - follow up on documentation.

    - manage site office and report regularly to the Manager.

             - Do day to day management

    Job: Marketing team leader

    Dates employed: June 2004- August 2004. 

    Responsibilities:

        - Assisting the process of Marketing in the center.
